Company History

Logihedron Inc. is a supply management and consulting organization that has been active in the Canadian marketplace since 1996, primarily focused on the healthcare industry.  Started as a small consulting group of three people, the organization has grown rapidly over the past few years both in terms of staff size and portfolio of services.  The growth has resulted in the establishment of three business divisions: Supply Management Solutions, Storage & Logistics Products and Warehousing and Distribution.   Logihedron Inc. is a privately controlled Canadian corporation owned by two partners, Chris Killip and Fred Jasavala.

The Logihedron organization now includes almost fifty full and part time employees across the three business divisions.  Staff is involved in consulting roles, product sales, act in supervisory and management positions, perform operating activities such as logistics/supply associates, perform project management functions and undertake various other roles as directed by our client activity.  Collectively, we have significant experience and a thorough knowledge of all the key elements, operating processes, day-to-day issues and leading-edge practices associated with the healthcare supply management environment.

While consulting engagements continue to be a strong component of the Logihedron business, recent years have seen substantial growth in other services such as outsourced management and operating support, project management and transition/implementation support, sales of storage and logistics products, as well as supply cart design, assembly and implementation.  These services are fully described in the Business Divisions sections.  Logihedron Inc. continues to expand and explore new areas of opportunity as they relate to our core strengths in healthcare support services and supply management.

Our experience encompasses virtually every commodity required in a healthcare environment including medical/surgical supplies, laboratory supplies, housekeeping, nutrition and food services, stationary, laundry and such specialty areas as Operating Room, CSR/SPD and Pharmacy.

The partners and senior management of Logihedron Inc. all have extensive expertise and experience in all aspects of supply chain management and support services in the healthcare environment.  This experience encompasses all phases related to supply chain including strategic planning, planning and design of physical environments and operating processes, implementation of the target environments and managing of the day-to-day operations.  The Logihedron organization has expertise and experience as they relate to healthcare supply chain management that we feel is unmatched in Canada.  We are a flexible, dynamic organization that truly has a “make it happen” attitude.

While to-date Logihedron Inc. has focused on the Canadian healthcare market, the organization has initiated plans to pursue opportunities in the United States and internationally.  Consistent with our success in Canada, our focus will be on healthcare supply chain management and support service initiatives with individual healthcare operations, multi-site organizations and integrated delivery networks.
