Corporate Mission & Operating Vision

The Corporate Mission of Logihedron Inc. is:

To provide consulting, management services, product solutions and implementation support primarily focused on healthcare supply management.  In doing so, develop, implement and manage entire product and service supply management solutions that perform efficiently and effectively to support optimal patient care. 

Logihedron Inc.’s operating vision has evolved from our work experience and exposure to all components of healthcare supply and support services and our strong relationships with many of the hospitals across Canada.  Based on these experiences, we believe it is absolutely critical that supply and support services be treated as a complete system from the patient care supply point, right back through to the manufacturers, distributors and providers of the products and services.  All components of the spectrum need to be understood, their dependencies and interfaces considered, and only then can the environment, structure and processes be optimized.  Logihedron Inc.’s approach is comprehensive and our ability to perform at the highest levels and produce sustainable results has gained us a very strong reputation across Canada.

Two key operating principles for Logihedron are:

  • The primary focus and objective of a healthcare organization is to provide outstanding patient care.  Support functions must provide solutions that support this objective and achieve superior service levels at the most efficient cost level, allowing the healthcare dollars to be focused on improving patient care.
     
  • Our core competencies are in providing products, consulting and management services related to End-User Replenishment, Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation, Materiel Management, Purchasing, CSR/SPD, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management and the Information Technology and Systems integral to these functions.  To provide the best solutions, all these components have to be integrated into a seamless system.

Major projects, product solutions and continuous improvement initiatives cannot be successfully implemented and managed without strong partnerships with the client and other organizations with which they may be involved.  In all our client relationships to date, we have developed strong partnerships with our healthcare clients.  We view the parties, and they view us, as team members in ensuring the project objectives and/or product solutions meet their requirements and result in sustainable long-term improvements.
