Logihedron has recently been engaged by the Erie / St. Clair Integrated Supply Chain Organization to spearhead the implementation of the Logistics component of the organization’s regional supply chain program.  The Erie / St. Clair group includes hospitals from the Windsor, Sarnia, Chatham and Leamington areas of south-western Ontario.

The integrated Logistics program will include a centralized warehousing facility that will receive inbound supplier shipments, manage the regional inventory and provide low-unit-of measure supply replenishment to each of the participating facilities.  Another key component of the project implementation will be the optimization of the end-user supply carts within each of the hospital facilities to drive enhanced performance of the entire supply chain.
